WHY HAVE THE PAYOUTS CHANGED

Roy before i answer   let me ask  you a few questions...


 DID  you leave  my post  earlier that dared  to disagree  with  you up    to  set me up  to ban me???..

Are  you just waiting for the chance  to ban  me???

 Did  you send a message  to someone that you left it  so all could see and i had  no    reason to complain when you  banned  me???

 Did  you add  Dannys post as  your  siggie   to justify  when  you do it??


Do  you seriously think this is how a mod  should  act???

These are  much more  relevant  and  serious issues   in thses  forums is   can we trust our  sole mod  to be impartial???

 I stated i  do not know   who  requested them or i  would have named  names in my  earlier post  is that not  clear enough of an answer  for  you?????...
if  you read that  there  would have been no need  for  you to even ask the question instead of just picking parts of my post  to suit  your needs.
 My statement  was    everyone but one person   disagreed  with the changes,,, its  you that put  the  words in my  mouth that i said it was  you....   I never said it   or implied it  i  simply stated   facts  from the posts if  you feel that people  will blame  you  then   thats on  you   ...

 You mentioned   my past   influence in the forums so i feel compelled  to  answer   without causing any drama  as its   already been    entered  by  you......  I have always    wanted the best  for the site plain and  simple....   so yes i  i have been vocal over the years  when i see  something  wrong i speak  up as  people should,  

 I  still want the best for the site and the  forums  and that is  why i asked  you those  questions....    for the best interests  of the  forums and its  members plain and  simple....  we need unbiased nonjudgmental  modS  and   preferably several of them  not just one..

I am  not  sure  what we have  now is  whats best  for the  site....  but  we have  no  forum  to  debate that in...  or  avenue  to get it  changed...  as of  now its a monarchy   not a  democracy...   so i guess  you as  sole  mod  win????

I see some slip ups now...This one man mod team has nobody to police him and the payouts defended by only one that i have seen...
Why i started this thread to discuss why and now i would like to know why admin is playing such a role in defending payouts..... Seems to be unfair as i and bunnie and several others it all happened mid round..UNFAIR...
Now i will state why the round has been manipulated..It doesn't help those in Canada and the United States..It does however help those across the pond and aussies...Reason why i say that is because most on this end are asleep..Some have jobs and have to work..Hence why it benefits others and none in North america...
Mid round payouts made it better for those i mentioned......

GOOD POST BUNNIE I have been here since Aug 06 and also have seen things change and the 5 payout spot has never worked.

yes we have been playing in different games.
just played in the mayhem game, 14 entries, finished in under 40 mins
freeroll that started at the same time 1(pm) 10 entries, 5th place was reached in 51 mins.
just two examples.

So what ......Roy  I thought this thread was about payouts...or is it about how long a game takes...cos you can produce all the stats if you want......hell if you want a simple solution to how long a game takes ...just make the times between the changes in the blinds shorter and the games will of course be quicker  --but that maybe too easy....point is Roy   you are not listening to what people are saying here in this thread...from what I see the majority are saying don't change...or do you simply just want to ignore that fact

yes the thread is about payouts, i have commented on that topic earlier in the thread.
subsequent posters have brought up the subject of time and how it's not worth it to sit there for an hour or more for no chips.
i was pointing out to them that the games aren't taking any longer and x amount of chips can be made in the same amount or less time.
i am not the one changing the direction of the thread so please don't imply that i am.
so yes i am listening, and many may not want change, myself i like the change, and surely i'm entitled to express that like other people are expressing their opinions?
the majority (posting) may not want change but what has that to do with me?
what does it matter if i ignore or not?.... i haven't changed the payouts or how many players a game starts with.
i haven't asked for any changes and couldn't care if things had been left how they were in the first place.

Roy I apologise if you thought I was directing my comments at you personally....simply it was not the case.  Yes I am aware that Mufusa made these changes after someone had complained to him and I am also aware that he said he would change it back to what the majority wants.

Like you, I have every right to express my opinion to what is said in this forum and I have done so.....but also like you I am entitled to politely disagree on others opinions in here...and that is what I was doing...so please do not take it personally if I do.

Mufusa very quickly changed these games mid round, presumably after there was a post in this forum on it... and he also stated that he would change them back if the majority didn't want them. This thread, has been going longer than the other that caused the changes to be made and whilst I realise that Mufusa doesn't come in that often....surely it would be advisable for someone to notify him that there are relevant posts being made...so as he can change it back.  Previously that was the responsibility of admin of this forum as far as I am aware

Yes I can tell you why a change mid round is unfair.  Any change mid round affects those that are trying to catch up to the leaders.  In this case as a team  it is the Warriorz....we have an unfair advantage over our adversaries atm  ...why   because payouts are less...they are trying to catch up and with less chips being paid for games to fewer people that makes it harder for them to do so......not only that, it also has relevance to the individual top ten players...all those that are chasing the no1 spot will finder it tougher now........so that is the reason it is unfair to change the goal posts mid round

yes they should have been from lifetime if any transfers were done should have been to freshstart and that should pull from lifetime, i do know the transfers will not happen unless you had the chippies in the main site i just checked your account and all your chippies are in poker only so that may had an issue with the system when they were pulled from your account.

just an observation and theory to what may have happened

Back to topic......Sheesh we went form one extreme to another..I'm glad we got the 10/15 payouts back..

Now games on Monday allin are 20k..lol....Tuesdays dblr games are at 26k....Mayhems as well outrageous payouts..Let's keep making them Higher and Higher..Why not!!!!!

Next time we do this lets do it at the start of the round not MID-WAY.......
