Glitch hand bonus ?

is there any glitch about hand bonus ? this happens 6-7 times out of 10

its possible it may be a glitch BUT, it's also possible somebody else took a note of the hand number and submitted it thus claiming your bonus.
mufasa is aware that unscrupulous players do such a thing.
i would write to him, provide the hand number and hopefully he will do something about it ( he did say this was possible)
