The poker gods have created test tourneys every hour on the hour. Come 1 come all.

I just got back in but am unable to play today but I will check back in the morning......

MM...played a few hands w/ Muf and Dyna1 earlier. Seems like who ever is there, plays.

Muf just wanted to play a few hands to see if any apparent glitches, and I dont think D1 was there.

Sooo...long answer to a short question...dont think you need 10 to play.

Ok I got the new site and signed up logged in but cant get in lobby

@RedAces77 Sign out and in once or twice, The site needs to generate a token to login (it will automaticly be applied when clicking "Play Poker").

If you already had an account you could retrieve it buy using the "Forgot password" function.

Wes and I did one last night (or night before) just to see if they would allow people to be seated. One thing I realized today is the 12 O'clock's am/pm is backwards. The poker clock goes from 12am to 1pm. Not sure why.

He made a few tournaments until tomorrow night it looks like.
June 18th's Tournaments should be announced at 12:01 am CST and have one each hour until 11pm.

We're looking to get most of the current bugs fixed soon. Mufasa and I was last night about a few ways to grow the user base. I know one of the sites selling points was team play. So I'll try my best to hopefully improve that aspect. I was never part of a team on the site, so I'm going off of what Mufasa describes it.

One of the things we plan on adding soon is a SSL Certificate. That means no more "Your connection to this site is not secure," that is a plus in my opinion. We want to secure the new site better than what was done previously to help prevent another attack. To be honest I am surprised it took this long, cause, just about the whole server was outdated by at least 10 years. That also is part of the reason why the old site is pretty much useless. It wont work with up to date content, code, or security.

I can get to lobby but its just a red blank page. lol

If you get the red page with a yellow line and nothing else, then flash isn't loading. Could you try in another browser?

That's... Odd... At very least the poker background should show up as that's standard HTML and CSS.

Hopefully we can get away from flash based poker.

Joezilla....saw your comment about maybe getting away from flash....PLEASE don't consider any Java based programs.

I don't explain things very well but here I go.....I can login and go to register for a game but when I register it tells me "Login failed. Please contact support".....I have been trying all morning logging in and out but no luck, same message. HELP ...... HK

i had that same problem just now.
i clicked on the ACCOUNT tab,
in the field where it says Password (optional) i entered my password,
repeat in the confirm Password (optional) field
click SUBMIT
then i was able to enter a test tourney.

I get the same thing Diablo unable to register.

thats the message i was getting mate, also using a mac.
after logging in like i have outlined above i logged in successfully.

note: have you edited out your password from the poker lobby picture?
there is no password showing.

@DrambuieUp What would you consider "Java based?" Like Java loading in the browser?
All the poker logic right now is handled by Java and Flash is used to communicate from the server to the players and vice versa.

@HappyKampr So from my understanding you can pull up poker and see the lobby, right? By any chance did you log out in the site and logged back in while poker was up?

Each time anyone logs in, I have a script that runs that generates a random 60 digit token to act as a "password" in place of your (or anyone's) actual password.
If you recall before the server attack, your username and actual password was displayed in the address bar. I don't want to alarm anyone bit with the site not being secured, that posed a huge security risk. One of the things I wanted to do was to protect user's passwords so that is a big reason I came up with the idea of a randomly generated token to replace the user's passwords. Now by no means would I suggest showing this token to others.
I could make this token longer so you guys can share screenshots (providing you don't show the whole address bar) with out a worry of anyone playing poker as you.

You need a URL that looks similar to what i have here. If its the first time logging in, you may need to log out and back in again and click the "Play Poker" button again. As I just mentioned your actual password in never used in the address bar anymore. And it changes each time you log in.
