I am a cake n pie person lol....But i really do like to make No bake oatmeal cookies..

MM you do candies i bet you can come up with an awesome dessert to serve after these meals were going to chow down on lol...

lol sorry lovebug.....Can also make them no bake chocolate & peanut butter..I use the jif creamy with nuts lol

New York Cheesecake

Crust

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons melted butter
3 tablespoons sugar

Combine completely, press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 350* 7-8 minutes.
Batter

5 eight ounce packages of cream cheese (at room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 tablespoon all purpose flour
3 eggs (one at a time)
1 eight ounce sour cream

Blend cream cheese and sugar, add flour and vanilla, then add eggs one at a time. Scrap bowl, then
add sour cream. Blend well. Pour into springform pan with graham cracker crust. Bake at 350* for
50- 60 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate. May be topped with cherries, raspberries, caramel or any
you desire.

Berry Charlotte

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup crushed fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or blackberries
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites
1 dozen ladyfingers or one (8-inch) sponge cake layer, cut into strips

Sprinkle gelatin on cold water to soften. Dissolve in boiling water. Add berries, lemon juice, and sugar;
stir until sugar is dissolved. Chill until partially set. Fold in cream and stiffly beaten salted egg whites.
Turn into mold or dessert dishes lined with ladyfingers. Chill until set. Makes 6 servings.
