 SHOULD TEAMS HAVE ACTIVE CHIEFS?

The recent demise of Velocity and the problems people had leaving the team makes me wonder if a chief is inactive should fatcat appoint a new chief that is active? People could not leave the team, and no one was representing them as members of fatcat .
There are a few teams that are active teams with non active chiefs and in light of recent comments that the chief should police their team is this not counterproductive to this end?
Teams without an active chief as their representative could be a detriment to the site and the tables.
What does everyone think regarding this possible issue going forward?

I have brought this to attention
Before and it flew out the window
Hopefully, inactive Chiefs will step aside
And appoint active members to represent
Their players during their absence

To bring the site as a whole, active Chiefs
Are recommended for teamies situations
Such as decisions joining\exiting teams
And group discussions to improve fatcat

PPL CAN LEAVE ANY TEam at any time only chief has to be taken off and team name dissolve I don't understand what your talking about here? RUNNING SOMEONE ELSES TEAM MAYBE ? which is no one but the team creators job here or not.....if chief is inactive everyone on that team can leave and start there own...so whats this about?

Dalton.. the problem inferred here is that the "I want to leave this team " button does not work...

If there is no active chief people cannot leave unless they drag the chief back to do it, or wait till mufasa has time to remove them.....

It has nothing to do with running another team... or people starting ateam I am sure

Coach that would still be for them to go to Mus and ask and not anyone not involved with that teams business don't ya think.... miro management of a team is only the chief of that teams business and between musfasa and players of that team..computers break down ..ppl get sick ...and it doesn't make sense to mess with there team while they are having trouble...just saying

i was on but not everyday as i have a real life also and i was chief of velocity but no one waned to play or do anything i didn't have ppl removed it was julezs and it was decided by him that the team was not gonna be anymore

In Julez defense, I really don't think that he was the cause of the team's demise. He just saw the handwriting on the wall, if you get my drift... Julez is a good man with good intentions. I would gladly play for him if I was looking for a team.
