My Idea

Personally I think the teams are way too big for the amount of players that actually play here. I feel a lot frustration comes with the fact that there is no way a smaller team came compete on this site, it is almost mathematically impossible.

Maybe we could all agree to make the teams smaller, I think it could only benefit the site to do this. It would be better to have 20 different teams battling it out than the 3 or 4 that are battling now. Again this is just my idea.

Anne, this has been suggested several times since I have been here. The big problem is the larger
teams will not split nor will they ask anyone to leave their team. And, please keep in mind that some
of the smaller teams do not want to be any larger, they like that they do not have the drama and that
they do not have to "team play". Then, you have all the single people that are on the own team, they
do this so that they are not bothered with teams trying to contact them to join their larger team.

This is just my opinion but I don't see this ever happening unless all teams start all over again with
one person being the chief and each chief drafts from the entire pool of players. Now, that would be
interesting to watch.

I have said  before and  will say again    ..

I will never   remove anyone  from Rush if this ever  came  to be..  I could not possibly  decide  who stays and  who  goes...people chose  to be on the team they are on   and as  such deserve  to have their  wishes  kept...  Its all within the rules...

If the rules change and anything like this ever came  to be  I would leave  before  booting anyone  from the team   for no reason other than  to   abide  by a new  rule...

 Not  saying   its not  something that could be  good  just saying I will never  be put in that spot  of having to make that type of  decision..its not fair  to the chiefs  or  to the players on the teams... If the smaller teams wanted to get bigger they would recruit ( which most do not ) or merge like some other teams have done in the past.and some players would still not join a team as they have no inclination to do so..

as a  co chief .   i would   not make that choice  to boot any teamies, i would rather leave
